  1. Chop pepper, onion, garlic and Healthy Sauté in medium sauté pan over medium low heat for about 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add stock and cook covered until tender, about 5 minutes.   2. Blend peppers and onions with rest of ingredients.
  3. Preheat broiler on low. Combine all salmon ingredients and form into 4 patties.
  4. Place under broiler in a baking dish, and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with sauce.
