Andy’s healthy peppery lentil pottage
Ingredients:
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- � chopped leek
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
- � cup red grape juice
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- � a handful of sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon of each of the following all mixed together: cayenne pepper, turmeric, ground ginger
