Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2-4 T unhulled or whole sesame seeds
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen blackberries, blueberries or cherries
Directions:
- Blend sesame seeds, fruit juice and water until it becomes milky.
- Add berries
- Blend until fruit is broken down but mixture is still chilled.
