Crock Pot Lunch
Try to use a pressure cooker as much as possible. I think the flavors are better and nutrients preserved.
At the beginning of the week put in the pressure cooker :
Ingredients:
- 2-3 T adzuki beans
- 1 heaping cup of mixed: barely, quinoa, millet, steel cuts oats, oat groats, etc., etc.
- 4½ to 5 cups water
- 2 T each snipped Kombu, Wakame and either Araki or another seaweed (about 1/3 cup total).
- 1 tsp Kosher salt and 1 tsp herbes de provence
