Guilt Free Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Turkey or 97% lean beef
- 2 Cloves garlic
- Cayene pepper to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- Romain lettuce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- Wheat rolls
Directions:
- Cut avacado and tomato into thin slices, put in bowl. Cover with juice of a lemon (will keep avocado from turning). Crack fresh pepper to taste over mixture.
- Mix ground beef/turkey with olive oil, crushed garlic and pepper, form into patties. Grill burgers to preffered done temperature (Cook through if using turkey).
- Toast buns with a small amount of olive oil (optional)
- Place pattie on wheat roll, cover with avocado, tomato and lettuce.
