Steamed Salmon with Asparagus, Leeks and Cabbage
For 2 people:
Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 250 grams of Cabbage
- 1 large leek (washed and chopped)
- 12 average asparagus (washed and chopped)
- 2 Teaspoons of olive oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 2 Teaspoons of grated ginger
- Table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
- Crush garlic and grate ginger. Mix with olive oil and apply with brush to the salmon. Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over salmon.
- Steam salmon for 8-10 minutes.
- Steam cabbage for 6-8 minutes.
- Steam chopped asparagus for 5 minutes.
- Steam chopped leeks for 5 minutes.
- No salt added. No Salt needed.
