Waldorf Salad with Whipped Cream Dressing

Ingredients:

• Cut up 2 large Granny Smith apples into cubes, sprinkle lemon juice over
• top to keep from turning brown.
• 2 stalks organic celery sliced
• 1 cup or more organic grapes
• 1/2 to 1 cup nuts, almonds or English walnuts
• Optional: cubes of cheese such as Laughing Cow, Cream cheese or dessert cheese.
