Wholesome Low-Carb Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop natural protein powder
- 1/4 c raw oatmeal
- 1/8 c whole wheat pancake mix
- 2 tbsp. baking soda
- 1/8 c trail mix (nuts & seeds blend)
- 1 egg
- 1 packet splenda or 1 tbsp.natural sweetener
- 1/4 c water, soy milk, or orange juice
- 1/4 c blueberries (optional)
Directions:
- Blend together in a blender. If mix is to thin, add more baking soda.
