Biography
Lara Pizzorno, M.A. (Div)., M.A. (Lit), L.M.T
Lara graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude in Religious Studies from Wheaton College in 1970, and was one of the first 10 women admitted to Yale Divinity School, receiving her Master’s in Religious Studies with Honors in 1973. She earned her second Master’s in Literature from the University of Washington in 1986 and has also been a licensed massage therapist since 1986. Lara’s favorite avocation is cooking delicious, healthy meals for her family and friends. She lives in Seattle with her husband, Dr. Joe Pizzorno, N.D., son, Galen, and feline buddy, Smidge.
