You can use our Recipe Assistant to find recipes that don’t feature gluten-containing grains. The Recipe Assistant is located on our Recipes page at In the center box (“foods to exclude”), click on all of the gluten grains that are listed (barley, rye, spelt, and whole wheat). To do so, hold down the control key (on a PC) or Apple key (on a Mac) and click on the different foods that you would like to choose, and then click “Submit.” You will then be taken to a list of recipes that don’t contain these food items. From there, you can have the creativity and flexibility to mix and match the recipes to create your own daily menus.
